Plantlinen

Run your laundry plant end to end.

From the hotel's request to the invoice: Plantlinen weighs, counts, washes, routes and bills — in one system your whole team works in, including the customer.

First month free, no card required. Built with a working linen laundry in Miami. English, Spanish and Portuguese. Pounds or kilograms.

Semi-automatic control, end to end

From the bin at the hotel to the clean delivery, every step is recorded by a scan or by GPS — and the next step is triggered by itself. People decide; the system remembers, times and reports.

  1. Bin picked upDriver scans the bin, takes the photo, ticks the contents. The plant sees it that second.
  2. Truck on its wayArrivals and departures are detected by GPS. The next hotel is told the truck is coming.
  3. Received at the plantThe manager pre-assigns each container to a process; at the door one scan says where it goes.
  4. Washed, dried, finishedEach worker scans the machine once, then the containers. The live board shows every bottleneck.
  5. Packed and deliveredScan at the hotel; wrong hotel = full red screen; signature or photo as proof.
  6. Reports and invoicesRoute report, driving report, output per worker, idle machines, stuck containers — and the invoice.
Owner & manager

Sees everything: live boards, alarms, reports, invoices.

Plant worker

Sees one screen: scan the machine, scan the containers, finish.

Driver

Sees today's route, picks up and delivers with the phone in the truck.

Billing from facts, not estimates.

The customer says what he's sending. Your plant weighs and counts it. Plantlinen keeps both numbers on every line and bills the measurement — at the customer's own price for that item.

When the two differ beyond a tolerance you set, the customer gets the real numbers by e-mail and in his portal, and can accept or dispute. Finance settles the line. The invoice charges the settled quantity. No more arguments in the parking lot.

Tolerance: 2% on weight, 0 on pieces. One setting for the whole plant.

What's inside

Everything a commercial laundry needs, and nothing a laundromat needs.

Customer portal

Your customers send laundry, follow the order, see invoices and rental inventory, photograph a problem and open a complaint — from a phone, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

Intake and pricing

Weigh and count at the door. Each customer has his own item list, prices, delivery fee and environmental surcharge. Prices freeze at intake.

Production board

Every order is a batch moving through the steps you define, with branches (flatwork, terry, uniforms). One big button per station on a tablet. Bottlenecks show while they form.

Routes and trucks

Route library; one phone per truck runs the truck app — live position, the driver's stop-by-stop route, photo and signature at handover. The same phone closes stops by geofence and records harsh braking, hard acceleration and sharp turns.

Invoicing

Periodic invoices per customer, generated from delivered orders, rentals and delivery days. Issued invoices go out by e-mail as PDF the same minute; overdue ones get automatic reminders. US sales tax by state. Import your history from the previous system.

Complaints

Protocol number, an owner, an escalation clock, and closure only by the customer. Acknowledged by e-mail the moment it's opened.

Security built in

Two-factor authentication, brute-force lockout, strong-password policy and an append-only audit log of every sensitive change — see the Security page.

People

Employees, roles and permissions in one place; the driver on the route, the worker at the station and the payroll row are the same person. Documents with expiry alerts.

Machines

A card per washer, dryer and ironer. Upload the manual and Plantlinen reads it and builds the preventive-maintenance plan — filters, belts, lubrication — with schedules per unit.

Your customers stop calling to ask where things are.

The portal answers before they ask: order received, weighed, in process, on the truck, delivered. On delivery day they get a live map link. Invoices are there too, as PDFs, with the open balance. Every notice goes by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp — you choose.

Trucks and drivers, measured.

You know which truck is late, which stop takes too long and who drives like it's his own car. Seven driver reports — punctuality, time per stop, driving events, idle time — turn opinions into numbers.
