Two Android apps come with Plantlinen. Both sign in to your laundry's own account — nothing to configure on the server side.

For the plant and the office

Intake, production stations and board, the plant scanner, dispatcher and every office screen, the staff bell. Sign in with your laundry code and user.

Plantlinen Truck

One phone per truck — tracking and the driver's screens

Reports the truck's position every 10 seconds, closes stops by geofence, records driving events — and shows the driver his route, stops, photos, QR labels and the scanner. The driver signs in inside it; the phone passes from driver to driver. Register it once with the QR from Settings → Devices.

Customer portal

Your customers' own site

Send laundry, follow pickups, see orders, invoices and rental inventory, open a complaint — in any browser, no app store. For hotel housekeeping and managers.

On a phone: open it in Chrome or Safari → menu → "Add to Home screen" — it then opens like an app.

Installing the APK directly

  1. Open this page on the phone and tap Download, or scan the QR code.
  2. Android will ask to allow installs from your browser ("Install unknown apps") — allow it once.
  3. Open the downloaded file and tap Install. Updates: download again; the new version installs over the old one.
  4. Google Play listings are coming; once they are live the Play button appears here and updates arrive automatically.

On the web

Office, finance, HR, reports and the customer portal run in any browser at app.plantlinen.com — no app needed. The customer portal can be added to a phone's home screen as an app.
