Plantlinen

Terms of service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Plantlinen software (the "Service") by a laundry business (the "Customer"). By subscribing, the Customer agrees to them.

Service

Plantlinen provides web and mobile software for operating a commercial laundry: customer portal, orders, production, logistics, invoicing, human resources and maintenance. Features are as described on plantlinen.com at the time of subscription and may be improved over time.

Subscription and payment

Plans are billed monthly per plant, in advance, in US dollars. Onboarding is a one-time fee. Either party may cancel at the end of any monthly period. Fees are non-refundable for periods already started.

Customer data

All data the Customer enters is the Customer's. Plantlinen processes it only to provide the Service. The Customer may export its data at any time and receives a full export on cancellation. See the Privacy policy for retention.

Customer responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of its data, for the accounts it creates for its staff and its own customers, for obtaining any consent required to send notifications to its customers and to track its vehicles, and for complying with laws applicable to its business (including tax, employment and messaging regulations).

Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, announced in advance. Support is by e-mail on business days; the Plant and Group plans include priority support.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as described; Plantlinen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in that period.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by e-mail. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
