Privacy policy

Plantlinen ("we") provides software for commercial laundries. This policy describes what we collect on this website and in the Plantlinen application, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Website. When you request a demo we collect the details you type in the form (name, company, e-mail, phone, message). We use standard server logs and no advertising trackers.
• Application. A laundry that subscribes to Plantlinen enters data about its own business: customers, orders, invoices, employees, vehicles and locations. That data belongs to the laundry. We process it only to provide the service and never sell it.
• Truck tracker app. With the laundry's authorization, the tracker records the vehicle's position, geofence events and driving events (acceleration, braking, cornering) while a route is active. It records nothing about a personal phone's contacts, messages or other apps.

How we use it

To operate the service, to respond to your requests, to send service notices, and to improve reliability and security. Notifications to a laundry's customers (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp) are sent on the laundry's instructions, on its behalf.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, e-mail and messaging delivery) bound by confidentiality. We disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Application data is kept for as long as the laundry's subscription is active and for 90 days afterwards, then deleted unless the laundry asks for an export or the law requires longer retention. Demo-request details are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion, and object to processing. Write to privacy@plantlinen.com. If you are a customer or employee of a laundry that uses Plantlinen, the laundry is the controller of your data and we will refer your request to it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; each laundry's data is kept in its own isolated database schema; access is by named user with role-based permissions and an audit log.
